    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or Whatsapp.


    2. Delivery Time

    We aim to deliver all orders within 3–4 business days across Pakistan.

    Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier conditions. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, or courier issues) are beyond our control.


    3. Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

    In some cases, free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns.


    4. Order Tracking

    After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

    You can track your order directly through the assigned courier’s tracking system.


    5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

    If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

    In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


    6. Returns & Exchanges

    We offer a standard 1-day return/exchange policy.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange:

    • - You must contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the order

    • - The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

    • - Proof of purchase is required

    Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
